AssetCasa brings overseas property experience dating back to 2015, including more than five years with an international real estate agency group operating across multiple markets. The team has built hands-on experience in transactions and client service.
Since 2021, the team has focused on the UK developer side, working with Chinese-speaking clients worldwide and agency partners. Experience across both roles gives the team a practical view of how each side works, how information moves and how decisions are made.
The team primarily supports families and individuals considering overseas property for asset planning or investment, while taking family life and education needs into account where relevant.
Our approach starts with the real need. If buying is not appropriate at this stage, the team will say so clearly. We care more about clients understanding their options and feeling comfortable with their decision than about pushing a transaction.
